Our Work
Here’s what we’re
working on
We are an early-stage organization working hard to advance PMDD initiatives.
Right now, our work lives in three places: showing up in the rooms where PMDD research and policy are being decided, raising awareness, and advancing education.
Coalition & Research
Partnerships
We participate in two collaborative efforts working to improve PMDD research, diagnosis, and policy at a national level.
Our social media channels serve as a central hub for PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) information — diagnosis criteria, treatment options, day-to-day management, and the effect PMDD has on relationships and family life. We share patient experiences alongside clinical information, and translate research and policy developments into plain language for people navigating PMDD themselves or supporting someone who is.
Here's what we're working on
We're a young organization, so our work right now lives in three places: showing up in the rooms where PMDD research and policy actually get decided, raising awareness, and building a podcast.
Coalition and research partnerships
We show up outside our own platform too. Right now we're part of two collaborations working to change how PMDD gets researched, diagnosed, and treated.
IAPMD PCORI roundtable
We sit on a patient roundtable that's part of a PCORI funded research project through the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders. Our job is to make sure people living with PMDD have a real say in how that research gets done.
Visit IAPMDPMDD Policy Council
We're part of a coalition, convened by PMDD Info, pushing for policy changes that would shorten diagnosis times and make treatment easier to access.
Visit PMDD InfoAdvocacy and awareness
Our social pages are where most people find us first. We post about diagnosis criteria, treatment options, and what day to day life with PMDD actually looks like, including what it can do to relationships and family life.
We share real patient stories right alongside the clinical facts, because both matter. If you're newly diagnosed, or trying to understand PMDD for someone you love, this is a good place to start.
Pushing Past PMDD
Diagnosis, life, and love in the luteal phase.
This is a conversation style show about what it's really like to live with PMDD. We'll talk with patients, clinicians, and researchers about getting diagnosed, finding treatment that works, and holding onto relationships and work through all of it.
We're still in production, so follow us on social media to know the moment it drops.
